Cancellation conditions
We adhere to the general terms and conditions for the hotel industry as follows: cancellation is free of charge up to 3 months before arrival; 3-1 month before arrival 40% of the travel price, 1 month – 1 week before arrival 70% of the travel price; in the last week 90% of the travel price and in the case of early departure or no show 100% of the booking value.
